Our property is a contemporary residence situated on the edge of Barry Curtis Park, one of Auckland’s most expansive nature reserves. The warmth and elegance of Scandinavian design are the most dazzling features of our properties. Ample open-plan kitchen and living areas extend onto a private outdoor patio giving you space to cook, entertain, dine and unwind. Our property is located within a 30-minute drive of the Auckland CBD and 20 minutes from Auckland International Airport.
Property policies
1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed. 3. Now pets are allowed. 4. No unregistered guests allowed. 5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 6. Please respect the noise curfew. 7. Please turn off the AC when you leave the house. 8. Please respect the check-in and check-out times. 9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 10. Please don’t’ rearrange the furniture. 11. Please do your dishes. 12. Please take the trash out before you leave. 13. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. 14. The dining table surface is very afraid of being burned. Please be sure to use a placemat when dining. 15. For guests who stay for more than 14 days, we recommend that you change the bedding every 14 days. You can use the washing machine to clean it yourself. Our washing machine has a drying function, or you can notify us to clean and change it, but that requires payment of NZ$50 fee.
