Amazing facility and staff. Katie was fantastic with teaching enthusiastic new swimmers. Nicky made booking a breeze. Can't recommend highly enough!

Our teenage daughter with special needs has been having private swimming lessons with one of the instructors for over a year now. The instructor has been amazing at adapting the lessons to our daughters needs and requirements. The instructor has been patient and flexible even during hard sessions when our daughter has not been engaging or focusing well in the lesson. Thanks Swimtastic for an amazing service that is helping our daughter gain confidence in the water and moving her towards being able to swim.

Both my boys have been learning to swim here since babies, now 5 and 8. There is a huge variety of teachers, times and classes everyday of the week so making swimming fit with the rest of life is normally always possible and the makeup policies recent changes has made it a-lot easier to book and use makeups. Sessions over time revisit the real reasons we want our kids swimming, drowning prevention. The kids enjoying seeing consistent teachers, and faces from local schools. This place is run with real professionalism, a highly sort after service for the local community.

This is a very good swimming school. After trying three different ones, I finally chose this one, where my children have been studying for over two years. The teachers and staff are friendly, the venue is warm, and there's plenty of parking. It's always improving. Recommended!

Most instructors are really good. The only problem is the notice period of 1hr for absence. It used to be 30mins. If your child is in the 3:45pm class and they are unwell at school pick up time you’ve missed your chance to mark them absent and get a makeup class. Notified Nick about this but no change to policy for the early class. Therefore stuck with later classes that don’t always work out with two children needing to swim similar times.
